Timing that pictures should be taken
Class Pictures can be taken indoors or outdoors.
If your event is in the evening, it is best to photograph just before the meal, this guaranties all are there and allows me to print while they eat. Be sure class mates know the time the class picture is to be taken even if you don't want to purchase a picture we will want them in the picture.
How to order
I will need to know the total number and sizes of pictures ordered at the time I photograph.
It is best to include pricing in the letter you will send to your class mates so they can respond and pay for the picture along with their other payments to attend the reunion.
I will bill the class for the total order, so their checks should be made to your class. Payment is due when pictures are delivered that night.
